This page explains what the current public site handles, how its message-preparation tool works, and when optional website measurement can run.
Current posture
The civic-question tool prepares a message in your browser. It does not submit or store the fields you enter. Google Analytics 4 loads only when a measurement ID is configured; the current public build does not load GA4, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, or Google Ads.
What the site handles
The current public site does not provide an account, program application, coalition intake, or message-submission service. Like other websites, its hosting and security providers may process ordinary request information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as an IP address, browser information, requested page, and request time.
- Text entered in the civic-question tool remains in your browser while you use it.
- The site copies the prepared message only when you choose the copy action.
- The public tool does not transmit or store the form fields you enter.
Local message preparation
The civic-question tool validates required fields on your device and formats your words into a copyable message. You decide whether to copy it and where to send it.
- No message is sent to Kelvin Davis or another recipient by this website.
- No confirmation represents delivery, receipt, or a promise of response.
- A clipboard action is controlled by your browser and device.
Analytics and Measurement
The site includes a configuration-gated Google Analytics 4 component. It renders only when a public GA4 measurement ID is configured. Verification of the current public build on October 26, 2026 found no GA4, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, or Google Ads script.
- No analytics provider receives the civic-question fields through the form code.
- Optional analytics must remain separate from private resident information.
- Any future activation requires a verified configuration and an updated public disclosure before release.

KelvinForGeorgia.org links to public records and services operated by other organizations. Their privacy practices apply after you leave this site. If you copy a prepared message, your browser, device, and any service where you paste it govern what happens next.
Your choices
Do not enter sensitive personal information in the message-preparation tool. You can clear the fields without copying them, and you can clear your device clipboard after using it.
