Georgia's DREAMS Scholarship pairs need-based aid with a 60-hour work requirement
Pell-eligible Georgia residents enrolled at least half-time in eligible associate or bachelor's programs at USG or TCSG institutions may receive up to $1,500 per term and $3,000 per year, limited by unmet need and funds allocated to the institution. After the first funded term, recipients must document at least 60 hours of paid or unpaid work before each later disbursement.

Why it matters
