Georgia adds a Work-Based Learning Diploma option beginning fall 2026
The State Board of Education approved a diploma pathway that keeps Georgia's 23-credit graduation requirement and adds focused career pathways plus at least four paid work-based learning courses. GaDOE says the option will be available starting in fall 2026.
