A proposed Grovetown quarry is open for air-permit comments through August 21
Georgia EPD is reviewing an air-quality permit application for Azalea Quarry at 760 Louisville Road in Grovetown. The application describes a new crushed-stone quarry developed in phases, with the first phase powered by four diesel engines.

Why it matters
