DeKalb is rewriting its zoning and sign ordinances
ZONE DEKALB is updating the county zoning ordinance for the first time in about a decade and the sign ordinance for the first time in roughly 20 years. The project survey and visioning wall are open, a design workshop is planned for September, and adoption is anticipated by the end of 2027.
