Georgia offers lower housing-grant matches when communities waive development barriers

DCA's Workforce Housing Initiative has approximately $30 million available for infrastructure grants and construction financing. Communities can reduce local match requirements by agreeing to expedited permitting and specified changes to minimum dwelling-size, lot-size, or building-material rules.
