Georgia DCA changed how Housing Choice Voucher documents are submitted
Effective July 1, the Georgia Department of Community Affairs requires Housing Choice Voucher documents through RentCafe, no longer accepts paper forms or personal information by email, and closes its HCV office to the public on Fridays.

Why it matters
Current voucher participants need an active email address and RentCafe access to submit documents. The HCV office is open to the public Monday through Thursday and closed Fridays; appointments remain available through assigned Housing Specialists.
