We collect information that you provide directly to us when you use our services, register for programs, or contact us. This may include:

  • Personal identification information (name, email address, contact details)

  • Basic site-usage information, such as pages visited and general engagement signals
  • Any other information you choose to provide

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services. Specifically, we use your information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our services
  • Review and respond to resident questions, contact requests, and coalition-interest submissions
  • Communicate with you about public ideas, community work, and requested follow-up
  • Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
  • Send you important updates and information
  • Review aggregate site activity so KelvinForGeorgia.org can be improved over time

Analytics and Measurement

KelvinForGeorgia.org uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate site activity, improve public information, and measure whether residents can find useful next steps. Meta Pixel support exists in the site code, but production Meta collection remains off unless a separate owner-approved activation step is completed.

  • Google Analytics 4 is used for aggregate website reporting.
  • Meta Pixel collection is held for this phase unless the owner separately approves activation and verification.
  • Google Tag Manager and Google Ads are not used for this phase.
  • Private coalition-intake details, private supporter notes, and raw form contents are not published publicly and are not sent through the public website analytics code.
  • Campaign, civic-service, nonprofit, and commercial audiences should not be mixed without a separate owner-approved decision.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access and review your personal information
  • Request corrections to inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your personal information
  • Opt-out of certain communications
  • Request a copy of your data
